I purchased 2 of these about a month ago. I have them in simple clamp lights that are designed to hold a 60 watt bulb.
The output of light is amazing-- they fully light up the space that they are in
The quality of light is on the blue side
They come on quickly having no discernable warm up delay
These are large bulbs and probably would not fit in many standard light fixtures
Unlike other reviewers, I have experienced no defects with these bulbs. I have purchased similar bulbs by different manufactures and have had problems with them but these bulbs are functioning quite well.

Been using three of these for around 16 hours a day for 6 months now with no troubles. They are turned on and not turned off during that period though- I have no idea how they perform when constantly turned on and off, which is not how CFLs should be run anyway btw.
These bulbs are large physically, heavy, bright, very blue/white/daylight-ish, and they represent an excellent value.

I use these lights for a cabinet grow box for my seedlings and clones. They have enough lumens to promote vegetative growth, and are in the correct color spectrum. They produce very little heat, given their wattage, which makes them great for small grow areas. You won't need a ton of ventilation to keep the heat down; just a little 4" inline fan is all I use.Customer Review: Great Bulb, Physically Large, But Plenty Of Illumination

This is a large bulb, but it provides a lot of illumination for the wattage used. Much better than the lower wattage CFLs, many of which are rather weak. Finding a CFL greater than 100W-equivalent is pretty difficult. Finding one that is 200W-equivalent and 6500K is almost impossible. These lights are perfect for photography where you need true-color rendition. The price is right too.
