Bought it as a gun safe and it works great for that purpose. I fit six handguns in it! A much better value than similar sized "handgun" safes. This safe box it's just what I needed. Price is good as well as performance. The only issue that I wished to have is an actual display where it shows the numbers, but as I have been working with it, it really is not necessary. I was very satisfied with this safe. I installed it on a shelf of a closet unit where it is unseen. The combo lock worked fine and at the present time I have this safe guarding my passports, etc.
