This lock box is extremely easy to use and set up. The directions are easy to follow and the box itself is very sturdy. The keys are easy to punch compared to the lock boxes with the combination that you have to turn to set the combination to. Love this. It was easy to mount and it's easy to use. This is great to have if you want to give someone access to your house (dog-sitter, etc.) but don't want to hand out a bunch of keys. It's also a great thing to have to ensure that you are never locked out of your house! I had one and have bought two more, one for each daughter, they mount between entry door and storm door, need no power and hold two keys, knob and deadbolt. OK so you lock yourself out of the house now what do you do? Wait on your wife to come home, let you in, laugh at you, have some great fun about the incident. This was purchased to allow responders to enter of house of elderly person living alone in case of emergency. Item is sturdy and easy to use.
