I got this product a year ago, after my wife accidentally locked the car with our 1-year old baby inside. Fortunately, a window was slightly open a she handled to unlock the car 10 minutes later. After that I searched and found this product. We keep it on the roof below the roof rack. It has never felt down and the key inside is in perfect condition.
Last week I went on business trip and when I got to the airport I realized that lost my car key in my way from the parking lot. It was good to take the airport knowing that I was able to drive back (the parking lot personnel find my keys anyway but it was good to have another option)

This will be very usefull. It is one thing to hide a key around your house, but another thing to hide one in an inconspicuous place and have the added security of a 3 number self setting combination to access your house, boat, trailer or other keys. I am not sure how easy it would be to open with a sledge hammer or other device, but it will at least keep the honest folks out, and is better that putting your key under your mat or closest rock near your porch! The magnet is very high power and will feel safe even using this on the tounge of my travel trailer knowing it will not fall off! Great idea, and Great Product! Great product, exceeded my expectations. The only note I have is that if you do buy this product, when resetting the combination, be sure to hold the dials in place, otherwise it may set to a completely different combination. And if you dont notice this, you may have to go through the 1000 possible combos to open it again!! Also, as a side note, I would estimate it takes 20-30 minutes to get through all possible combinations for this lock. Its not rocket science, but at least it would take a somewhat determined thief to break it.Customer Review: Great Product

OK, so I've locked myself out of the last two houses I've owned at least once per. Fake rocks aren't a bad solution, but I feel too many people know to look for fake rocks, so I wanted a key safe that was more secure that I could hide in a shed or garage.
This thing works like a charm. It's small, discreet, simple and does about as well as it's $25+ competitors. I particularly like the fact that it ships with an ahdesive magnetic plate so that you can stick it e.g. under a shelf while still accessing it easily.

This locking key case is precisely what I was looking for. It is very well designed, and very well built. The magnet that retains the key case in a secreted spot, is extremely strong. So if you hide it somewhere on your car, there would be little, or no, chance of losing it.
If you need a reliable. easy to hide, key case, this is the one I would recommend to anmyone.
