I purchased this on accident and had no idea what it was for. Well it turns out that this handy little item is meant to be plugged into the wall! It may look like a toy for cats, but guess what, it isn't!
Imagine my surprise when I looked at the prongs and at my wall outlet and they seemed to line up. Daringly I plugged said prongs into the outlet and nothing happened. I just happen to have a lamp near by that wasn't plugged it and it's prongs would fit too, minus the round one. Well I plugged it in and the lamp lit up!
So amazing. What will they think up next.
