I picked these up shortly after a lightning deal on them expired a few weeks ago. They were only a few bucks more, so what the hell. I needed to spice up my patio deck and thought these would be a nice touch to wrap around the big tree on my patio. Setup was pretty easy - untangle them and wrap them around the tree. After plugging them in, I noticed a number of the bulbs seemed to be out. After fiddling with some of the dead bulbs (pushing them harder into their sockets) they seemed to all come back to life. I would have expected them to be working better out of the box. This is the only reason I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5.Customer Review: Great lights, need more twinkling

The light density and color look great. But not all of the lights twinkle and the pattern is very slow. These go great on the tree with other color lights
