As noted in other reviews, this light can be upgraded a bit by soldering in sturdier connections. I find it gives a nice light for a pocket-size light, and it is well designed and very lightweight. You can't beat it for the price, and with flashlights its best to go cheap and disposable if you're going to keep it in a tool kit Denali 115-Piece Home Repair Tool Kit or take it places where it will get banged around. I have better ones for the house and car, but this light hits the price point for a cheap but effective LED light.Customer Review: Its A Perfect Item for the Car

I bought several of these for "stocking stuffers" for Christmas and they are great items for putting in your car for an emergency. Many people get poor service when they try to use products for more than their intended use. The ones I got were entertaining since the warning label obviously was for another product, mine read more like a nuclear waste container. Buy one and put it in your glovebox in the car or somepalce where you drag it out only for emergency use. If you need a flahlight for repeated uses over a long time, spend some moeny and get one that DOES that :)Customer Review: Great Light

This is actually the second time I have bought one of these lights (the first works fine but I needed another). I have had some flicker problems with the first, but none with this second. This second one works perfectly and throws out a lot of light using very little power. I am pleased and would buy yet again if I needed another. I subtract 1 star (giving 4 instead of 5) because of the flicker problems with the first, which I have had for over a year, and the pricing does seem a few dollars higher on Amazon than what I have seen elsewhere. 4 starsCustomer Review: Giant light in a small package

I bought several of these for gifts and the receivers are happy. It's very well constructed and palm size. For the ladies it can be carried in the purse and makes a great light to walk to the car in a parking lot. The brightness would temp blind an attacker if the need arose.
With the 21 LED's it gives off a very bright light and covers a larger area that you would expect. If you desire a small, well made, bright flashlight that you can depend on, this is the one.

The amount of light you get out of this flashlight is amazing considering the size and 3x AAA batteries. The design seems sturdy but I doubt it's watertight. Also one of them started flickering and I had to play with the contacts inside to fix the issue. The quality of the connectors inside is a bit flimsy, but it may be just a fluke. Overall I'm happy with this. I tossed my monstrous flashlights that use 4 D batteries and use these guys now.
