I purchased this product in December 2009 as a gift. The individual it was given to said it was useless, they were unable to use it. I wanted to return it, but your receipt did not give any instructions for someone to return an item, very disappointed with my purchase and felt I wasted my money.

I bought this product to replace a 2X magnifying glass my mother was using to help her read and that had too little magnifying power. The supposedly 5X magnifying glass made things no larger than the 2X magnifying glass; nor does the package anywhere state that the product has 5X power. I don't believe it does. I feel cheated and defrauded.
