can't get any filtrs for this unit so don't buy one! I have even called 3M/filtrete and still not luck on getting a response back as of yet.

This is an expensive filter at $13 but it should last 90-120 days. I'm banking on that. It is heavy duty and should filter out well. I still have mine in place after 30 days. It has turned dark, so I know it is doing its job. The only thing is the expense.Customer Review: Works like the originals...At least someones still making them!

Like everyone said these arent made by Hamilton Beach.
But the quality is still decent and gets the job done by collecting dust.
Works great for me...Im glad I can still get them here at Amazon cause my local Target stopped carrying them!

the filters are bout 6" x 6" give or take made out of card board and only last 4 months , if you have heavy smokers in the house like i do ,
i would go as big as you can, i still open my door , just to clean the air

I CANT FIND THESE ANYWHERE. The unit itself is good for only small rooms. This little filter DOES get everything in the air though. EVEN SOOT FROM BURNING CANDLES!
