I used it for the first time after Thanksgiving, and it worked like a charm. i think it is worth the money...especially since you get 3 of them. Not that I want to make a habit of overeating, but if I do, I can let the waist out without letting it all hang out. Haha. I guess it would also be good to use when I start working out for my new year's resolution....keeping my jeans on me when they (hopefully!) start getting too big!!!
