I purchased these similar velvet flocked hangers from the home shopping channels for much more $ and they are great if you have issues w/ clothes slipping off plastic hangers. My zip front sweatshirts always had one side hanging off the hanger ready to fall onto the floor. These hangers hold the silky/polyester robes, boat neck shirts and basically any article of clothing that does not hang correctly on the plastic hangers. I bought some of these hangers in beige to mix with my already blue colored hangers. Its a pretty and basic color that looks very neat in the closet. These hangers are slightly longer so shirts and light sweaters hang very nicely and dont get that shoulder "bump" like from the other hangers. I also purchased several sets of the 4 bar pant hangers and these work out great also. I didn't hang anything heavy on these hangers so I'm not sure how much weight they can hold. I will purchase more of these hanger sets as I continue to clean out my closets. I like that its 10 hangers for a small price and several colors are available.
