Customer Review: An economical alternative to cedar planks
Summary: 5 Stars
This gives as much flavor to grilled salmon as a plank, with much less to dispose of afterwards. I only soak a few minutes in water, and lift it onto the grill with the fish on the cedar, with a bit of lemon, melted butter, and brown sugar on top. Couldn't be easier.
