Customer Review: Great product, well made but you may want to consider buying locally.
Summary: 5 Stars
Strong, well made, certainly up for anything a homeowner can throw at it. Would prefer the upper handle was steel if I had to be picky but shouldn't be an issue.
That said - Amazon packaging was completely inadequate. It arrived wrapped in thick plastic, which was ripped, the frame was bent, which given the construction of this thing, they must have run it over with a truck, and it had a flat tire which will not hold air.
Highly recommend the handtruck, unfortunately and surprisingly as such a big amazon fan and shopper, I have to recommend you purchase locally to avoid the shipping damage caused by Amazon's poor packaging.
Note that I did not ding the product score (5 stars) as this is an amazon issue, not a product issue.
