I ordered this magnifying glass based on the picture and description. When it came, I was very happy to see it was exactly as described. I need help sometimes with the smaller items when I do beading, but the other one I had was very loose and the clamp was not tight enough, so I needed something that would move and not fall over, move too far away from me, etc. This has a tight coil that moves and stays put, and a clamp that is tight enough to stay where it is while I move it around. The magnification is just the strength I need. The owner has a note put in the package that if there is ANYTHING wrong with the product, to reach them ASAP, and they will take care of it. Also, for the "greenies" out there: the packing materiel is shredded used cartons! Somehow, it stays in one piece! No plastic peanuts, plastic balloons, or anything else that makes a mess. I would recommend this product, and if I need another one, I would order it.
