I cannot attest to any health benefits, but it's a nice little candle holder for tealights or votives. It's a little misshapen and there are some cracks around it, but I guess it's part of it's "natural" appearance. I wish I could have picked out my own, but it still looks nice and I'm keeping it. I collect crystals and it sort of reminds me of a rose quartz. I'm burning tealights in mine and they burn very nicely. Gives a nice glow and is warm to the touch by the top and around the middle of the side, but the bottom remains cool and does not burn the surface it's on.Customer Review: Salt Crystal Candle Holders
