This circulates the air around the room just fine. What I look for in a product is build quality. I have had mine for over a year and I never turn it off. It still runs without issues. I only buy Holmes fans because they are long lasting and are priced just right. It is whisper quiet as well.

It finally broke. It was my fault. I accidentaly dropped it on the hard concrete when I was moving. But it lasted about 2 years and even if I broke the plastic feet, the fan itself still works and still oscillates. I wil buy another one right away.

For the amount I paid for this fan, it is a great fan. Had it for about a month now and it works great. I have a wood stove and use this fan to move air in the room. And it moves alot of air.
