Customer Review: Great Clips, but hard to find!

I LOVE these clips! My local Walmart used to sell these in 8 or 12 pc packs (I can't remember), but for some reason they no longer carry them and it's very disappointing. I had collected a bunch of these (purchased at Walmart), but recently needed more. I looked at my other options in the stores, but they were all just plastic with no metal parts. Some seemed to have a good grip, others didn't at all, but they were ALL expensive! I checked ALL my local stores and NONE carry these particular clips, so I went online. I searched around to find the best price and located them for $1.19 per 4 pack - that was the cheapest I could find, so I ordered them - ALL they had in stock at the time. I JUST checked to see if they had gotten anymore in and now the are $1.39 per 4 pack! That is $.09 cents higher than other sellers and $.20 higher than what I paid last month! I guess they decided to raise the price on these since I bought all the had at the time. I won't be buying them from the same seller since they raised the price - I'll find a seller with free shipping if I decide to order more.
These clips really are nice. They come apart easily, but snap back together easily and are next to impossible to actually break! They have a nice grip, though not the strongest grip I've found, but I like that they don't break and the metal part can be bent back together to renew the grip, unlike the all plastic clips in stores around here. I just love these clips and I HOPE one of the retailers around here starts selling them again soon!
