I was skeptical when ordering this fan as it had such mixed reviews. I wanted an oscillating tower for my nursery. I was so pleasantly surprised at how quiet it is and produces so much air! And really cool air, almost as good as an air conditioner. I found it extremely easy to put together, about 5 minutes, and I was fortunate enough to receive the screws (where some reviews stated they were missing). And bonus, what a fantastic price! I am ordering 2 more today and will never use a box fan again.Customer Review: This fan is a bargain

I'm thrilled with this purchase. The fan sits inconspicuously in the corner, unlike my big standing fan that draws attention to itself by its sheer size. Also unlike my big fan, this one is not prone to tipping over because it's not top heavy. The best part is how quiet it is. It's nearly silent on the lowest setting, and I can hardly hear it when the TV is on. The higher settings are louder, but still much less so than other fans I own. just get the fan! you dont need to read hundreds of reviews to make a decision. better than any box fan or old school fans out for the price. i have not experienced any wobbling as others have stated and it can only be heard on high speed. of course it does not have a remote, but who cares. get up and walk to the fan to make your adjustments!! the only grip is it has about a 10 ft breeze length. but good for bedrooms. go with amazon prime's trial and get it in 2daysCustomer Review: So quiet, and doesn't wobble at all.

easy to put together. follow the directions and then insert the 3 screws. not sure who can be confused by this process. this fan doesn't wobble in the least. pushes a lot of air and is very stylish. noise is nonexistent. like it more than my previous fan which was the Honeywell Fresh Breeze Tower Fan with Remote Control. a lot of people couldn't figure out how to work the thermostat on that one. this fan is simple, stylish, and keeps a small room cool.Customer Review: light weight but effective and quiet

I needed a new tower fan to replace a Sharper Image one I had for many years. While this Duracraft one doesn't have remote control (which wasn't strictly necessary in the room where I was planning to use it) and is much smaller and lighter than the Sharper Image one, it seems to work just as well for a very good price. So far, I haven't needed to put it higher than Low speed to get good air circulation.
