I bought this fan for a small table going inside my dorm room. It works very well and oscillating feature is a nice touch. This fan really does have turbo force blowing for a fan of this size but it does come with some extra noise but nothing really to complain about. I still consider it rather quiet for a fan that blows this hard.
I would recommend this fan to others wanting a good table top fan with good blowing power.

Before buying this item, I read alot of the reviews and I have to say I have to disagree with the ones who were not happy with this product. It has definitely met my expectations and it isn't any noisier than a regular floor fan. As a matter of fact, this fan is quieter than my recently deceased 27" floor fan. I like the small size and it's very powerful. It's also a good buy for the money. I would say go for it!!!Customer Review: FANtastic fan

The fan, as was its predecessor, which I bought 2 of, is quiet, really gets a good breeze going given its size, and has 3 settings, which is plenty. I can't speak to how durable it is, but can speak to its relative quiet and power. I use it in my fairly large kitchen. When blown at or near me it turns a stifiling room into an almost bearable room. I highly recommend this powerhouse fan.Customer Review: Fans works very well

I bought two of these fans for my office during the change in seasons from winter to spring. Air conditioning was not yet on, but it was quite warm. I ordered the fans and they arrived the next day. These two little fans did a super job of making the office much more comfortable by providing great air circulation. I ordered this fan for my son's dorm room - had it shipped directly to the college and it was waiting for us when we got there. When we got to his room it was so hot I sent him directly to the mail room to pick it up. It made the unpacking and settling in much more comfortable. Great air movement for a little fan, really helps that it oscillates, quiet enough to not be bothersome.
