Works perfect in my application. I bought two of them to replace existing non-programmable thermostats. My control on my hvac unit is an EWC ST-2-E which has limited options for programmable thermostats. This PRO4000 is what I chose. I just followed the color coded wiring and worked perfect upstairs and down as soon as installed. EASY to program and easy to adjust as desired. Not 7 day individually programmable, but not really a concern of mine. Plumbing Planet also shipped very quick and professionally packaged. Turns out they are even local to me here in CT. Nice !! Gotta love Amazon.com.
