The fan works fine, however my concern is with the fact that it is not weather proof. You would think a fan designed to fit in a window would not need to be removed when it rained. It does do a fair job of pulling the air out of the house. However, it is a pain to have to take it in and out.Customer Review: Crack Casing!!!

I bought this one as a replacement for one that was just old but worked ok. This one turned out to be extremely loud. It also broke just 30 days after buying it. When I tried returning it then the nightmare begun. Amazon wouldn't back it up, the third party seller wouldn't back it up and finally the manufacturer would only back it up IF I send it back at my expense which at the end it would be more cost effective to get another one.Customer Review: Short Life

I bought this item no more than two months ago. And the motor in the fan already broke. When it arrived the plastic casing was cracked.
