Customer Review: I love it!!

I have owned one of these for about 6 years. I have two dogs, carpeting and wood floors. I have never had the problems that others are complaining about. The instructions tell you to empty the dirt cup, filter cup and to tap out the filter after EVERY USE!
The only problem I had was the height adjuster broke after I dropped it down the cellar stairs. But I was able to get a replacement part for around $10.00.
I highly recommend this vacuum.
