I recently bought Hoover Platinum Collection Professional-Strength Carpet-and-Upholstery Detergent, 50 Ounces, AH30030. I ordered 4 bottles. When I opened the package, I found out that 2 of the bottles were leaking and there was some spill inside the package. The bottle design is not great. There should have been some mechanism to prevent leaking, while transportation. It is not the fault of Amazon's packaging. However, I called Amazon and their Customer Service was great. They immediately shipped 2 bottles and asked me to keep those damaged bottles. I love Amazon !
The product is great. I recently bought a house. The carpet had some stains and it looked slightly dull and the carpet loops looked flattened instead of looking fresh and sticking up. I did not do use any Professional Cleaners to clean my carpet. I just used this product along with Hoover SteamVac Carpet Cleaner with Clean Surge, F5914-900 (http://www.amazon.com/Hoover-SteamVac-Carpet-Cleaner-F5914-900/dp/B00009R66F). This product took lots of dirt and stain and cleaned the carpet really well.
Now, my carpet looks great. I highly recommend this product.
