Customer Review: This vacuum really SUCKS!!!

I have had a Rainbow vacuum for 10yr, finally gave up on it. The first time I used my WindTunnel I was very very impressed. I have a few feline critters so I need to keep up with the fur balls, and this machine does it. Wish I had bought one sooner. One thing, the lid to the upholstery attachment is missing, you see it on the picture. However, after a call to the customer service they said it is no long including this feature, which after I have used the vacuum I don't see a need for it. The tool does attach on its own, you just have to figure it out. Oh, I didn't realize it at the time I purchase the WindTunnel it is self propelled, which is a real bonus, and is very powerful. In the past I didn't like vacuuming because I alway had a severe backache afterwards, but not with this vacuum. Great purchase.Customer Review: A Hoover Sensation

In 46 years of marriage I can honestly say this is the best vacumn I have ever owned.
It is extremely easy to use. It is self-propelled but you don't really need to use it.
It glides so easily over different pyles of carpet. The suction is amazing. The only
small issue I have with the vacumn is the attachment hose. It is very short and
awkward to use. I went to a local vacumn store and they made me a 18 ft hose I can
attach to the vacumn hose for $1.oo a foot. It works wonderfully, best money spent.
I recommend this vacumn without hesitation. Great buy and worth every penny of the
price. Thank you Hoover for this Windtunnel Anniversary Upright self-prppelled and
Bagged vacumn. I love it....

I replaced my 24 year old Hoover with this WindTunnel U6485-900 model. Although my old Hoover was great and never gave me any trouble, it wasn't picking up cat hair like it used to. Since my allergies have worsened recently, I decided to buy a new vacuum. I am amazed at how powerful this WindTunnel is! Not only does it clean more thoroughly than my old model, it's quieter and easier to maneuver, too. It was a breeze to assemble right out of the box and is a beautiful metallic blue color. The headlight is a welcome addition and having the tools right at my finger tips saves me time and effort! But the best part is that using this vacuum didn't trigger my allergies. Hoover WindTunnel is a very good product. I have used my old one for the past nine years and it is still working, just a little wear and tear in the self-propelled roller. It is rated number one by the Consumer Reports for 2010. The new one is much improved, it's better designed aa well as fabricated. Hoover even has the HEPA bag to trap in dust particles. It feels lighter when lifting the machine.
Amazon is a gem in terms of online purchasing. I appreciate their efficiency, swiftness, and no nonsense. The ordering operation is seemlessly cool, plus they can always deliver merchandise faster than expected, and the price is always competative or better. I have total trust in Amazon.

I bought this vacuum because my Dyson was not working so great anymore and I didn't want to spend that money like I did before. This one was stuck out to me and so I just bought it. I haven't regreted it at all. I love the self-propelled function, but my favorite part is the dirty/clean indicator. I like to know that the spot I'm cleaning doesn't have anymore that I missed. I was hesitant because I didn't want to have to deal with a bag. But it really isn't bad at all and you don't get dirty changing it. I would totally recommend this vacuum to anyone who is on a budget but doesn't want the budget vacuum!
