Put up the clothesline as suggested and it works great. Even though it was well packaged one of the arms was a little bent but it still works and I've had no problems. I am very pleased with this outside clothes dryer. It is well designed and was very easy to install. There is ample space to hang an entire load of wash. This product is of good quality and is large enough to put 2 or 3 loads of laundry on it. We had difficulty with a piece on one of the arms but my husband was able to fix it. I ordered 3..one for myself, one for a neighbor, & one for my sister. Easy to install, holds lots of items, easy to use (love that it spins). Folds down easily, just be cautious to not tangle the lines. All three of us are pleased!
