I used to have to sort laundry multiple times when using a single clothes hamper. I would not have enough whites, pastels, towels, darks etc to do a full load. So, I would have to return the dirty laundry to the hamper and then wait until I had enough for a full load (I would repeatedly do this).
Now, I don't have that time-wasting problem.
I sort all the various loads when I toss them into the Triple Sorter Bin Whitney Design 7119 Metal-Frame Triple Sorter Bin with Wheels, Black Frame. Sorting is done only ONCE! I also like the sturdy metal construction, wheels and 3 spacious removable nylon/nylon-mesh bags. The Triple Sorter is durable, easy to move and attractive. The color is also beautiful.

I just received this item yesterday, and what a great purchase. I bought it for my boyfriend who is 6'5" 250 LBs. A previous hamper that I had purchased for him only fit 2 pairs of jeans and a few shirts. Being a large guy, he needs a big hamper for his XXL size clothing. This hamper is perfect. Just as a warning though, it is quite large and does take up a lot of space, but its perfect for holding a lot of laundry. The canvas bags are very sturdy and the velcro looks like it will last a long time. The frame rolled very easily across my carpeted floors. My only concern was it might leave black marks on a hard wood floor, but I haven't been able to test this theory. Its a great purchase, well worth the price, which made me cringe at first ($35 for a laundry basket!). But I hope to keep it for years.Customer Review: Best laundry cart we've ever had...

We've gone through several laundry carts in the past few years - they always end up really wobbly and falling apart, a big waste of money. We were at our wits end when we ordered this - we decided to spend a bit more for something that was well-reviewed and supposedly sturdy.
Well sturdy it is! We have had this one a few months and we have not had to tighten a single screw on it - a regular project with all the other bins we'd gotten. It is rock solid and looks spiffy too. The canvas is tough, as is the wire mesh part of the bin. The overall unit is sturdier than the picture might indicate.
Can't recommend this highly enough if you are tired of wasting your money on crappy laundry sorters that just don't hold up to regular use. This one does!

This laundry sorter is incredibly sturdy, the baskets are thick and keep their shape. The frame is very sturdy and can be wheeled from place to place. My two year old even crawled inside and it didn't break! The bins hold a huge amount of laundry... at least 5 loads worth. We put in a lot of heavy, wet towels and the bins hold them ALL! I've had another laundry sorter with PVC pipes and flimsy mesh bags and they were always coming off or ripping or the pipes would break if there was too much weight. This one stays put with velcro, and the metal frame won't budge even when filled to capacity. The mesh bins do not rip. This is a great sorter bin and I would highly recommend paying the cost for it... it's worth every penny and will last forever.Customer Review: Great For the Housework Dummies Like Me

I've been using this laundry sorter for about a year now, and I can't remember how I lived without it. Oh, that's right, with piles of clothes on my bedroom floor, and then piles of sorted dirty laundry once I got around to sorting it all. Grabbing armfuls of dirty clothes and carrying them to the washer, dropping random pieces all the way.
No more! Every night now I get undressed next to my bin and sort as I strip, darks in one, lights in another. When one bin gets full I unvelcro it from the frame and drag the bag to the washer. The bags are made of very sturdy material.
I highly recommend this hamper for everyone, especially for people whose dirty clothes don't naturally find their way into the laundry hamper.
