This parallel-style clothes dryer features 30 vinyl-coated lines that provide 182 feet of linear drying space. All the drying lines come pre-strung and ready to use. The unit offers durable construction with steel arms, a high-impact plastic post cap and slide, and a two-piece post made from corrosion-resistant galvanized steel. A plastic ground sleeve anchors the post into the ground, and the arms can be folded down for compact storage when not in use. Customer Review: No problems so far after a few months of use

We got this parallel style line dryer earlier this summer and have been using it most weekends to dry laundry. As long as the weather cooperates, clothes seem to dry within an afternoon so we're not leaving them out overnight. It does take a little more planning to line dry clothes than to just machine dry them (ie getting the laundry started early enough so that it will have time to dry before it gets dark) but I've really enjoyed using this product. I find that it's easier to fold clothes right off of the line dryer than out of the machine because you straighten and sort them a bit as you put them up. Often when using a dryer, we would just get lazy, and leave the clean clothes unfolded in a basket after drying them.
The line does sag a little, but I had no trouble tightening it up, and like the instructions say, after you've done it a couple of times, it stops sagging. Just start from one end of each line and keep tugging the slack to the other end and then tie it off. We installed this by setting the included plastic ground sleeve into a concrete footing. It's nice because it's very stable, but allows you to rotate the dryer as you hang clothes, and to get the most sun. We just leave ours out all the time instead of folding it up, but we'll have to take it in once winter arrives, and I'm sure that I'll appreciate the folding once it has to be stored away in the basement.
I've read some of the other reviews mentioning this dryer breaking. All I can say is that mine seems fine so far. I'll update the review if that changes.
