This light weight, tear-proof storage bag from WHITNEY DESIGN is made from polyethylene tarp material. It stays flexible when cold, will not crack and is tear and water resistant. It protects artificial holiday Wreaths up to 32-inch in diameter from dust and moisture while being stored. The bag has sturdy sewn in handles for carrying and a durable zippered closure. The large opening makes storing wreaths and other things easy. The bag measures 32-inch in height and 30-inch in width and 6-inch in depth. The bag will collapse flat when not being used. Customer Review: Versatile, inexpensive, adapable storage solution

This bag is the greatest, it is made of the same fiber reinforced material that they use for those ubiquitous white, red and blue plaid bags that are used in India, Russia, the Middle East and other countries instead of luggage or canvas tote bags.
The handles are sewn and reinforced and are certainly strong enough if you are storing wreaths or comforters but I would hesitate to carry the bag by the handles if used to store books, heavy toys or sports equipment. I bought on sale but they are certainly worth considerably more and I will purchase more of these rather than the Rubbermaid bins. Great for carting things back and forth to a summer cottage, to college or camp.
These bags are much larger than expected even though I looked at the measuremnts. To me that's a plus.
