These are no doubt one of the best ear plugs I have used. If you have a narrow ear canal, Howard Leight makes another type (Green Color) which is slightly smaller than these and are more comfortable while sleeping.Customer Review: Good and cheap

These are good fitting comfortable ear plugs. They come in plastic bags two to a bag in a nice box. This makes it easy to grab a hand full and throw them in my lunch box, and not worry they will get dirty.Customer Review: Soft Ear Plugs

I purchase these for the medical students. They love this item & requested that I always buy this one. The ones I ordered previously had a hard core and they complained that they hurt their ears.
