I am a very light sleeper. I used to wake up with anxiety attacks at night because I would hear a noise and not know what it was. I bought several pairs of these earplugs at the grocery store. The only store I could buy them from suddenly quit selling them. I came to [...] with hope of finding these wonderful earplugs. I found a great company that sold them in bulk, I am guessing for industrial use. I love having this huge box of earplugs on hand so that I know I don't have to worry about missing any sleep. I have packets of these earplugs every where, in my car, in my purse,in our luggage, and in my night stand. These earplugs are a life saver. I can't hear the noises that keep me awake at night but I can still hear my alarm in the morning and the smoke alarms, if I need to. If you're a person that needs some peace and quiet when it's hard to find, these are the best tool for the job. I've used these for several years. Working nights and having to sleep when neighbors are mowing the lawn... Working days and having to concentrate when the drama queen on the other side of the cube wall is having a another mental break down... Whatever it is that you don't want to hear, these will work wonders! Most people might think that all earplugs are the same, but to me, these are the top of the line. I've used several kinds. Most either are a pain to fit in, or a pain when they expand! These are perfect. Never fumbling trying to get them inserted, never discomfort when they reach their maximum size. I started wearing earplugs for sleeping five years ago when I lived upstairs from a noisy bar on a busy street. Now I'm hooked.
And these are by far the best I've tried. They're shaped just perfectly for an ear canal, not just a blunt foam cylinder, but a tapered soft cone with a thick end to easily remove them. Because of the shape, they don't wear on ears, even after a good eight-hour doze. Additionally, the alternating neon yellow and pink colors are a ingenious design decision, making these plugs very easy to see in the dark if they fall out.
Overall, I'd recommend these earplugs for anyone looking to get a little more quiet at night.

I have been using these earplugs for about a month. My apartment is located on a college campus and is about 100 feet from a train track. I use these earplugs for both sleeping and studying. I have always had trouble with sleeping and I have notice that I sleep so much better with these earplugs. So if you live near a train that blows its horn, noisy neighbors, or barking dogs next door, do yourself a favor and get these. One other point I had to buy a new alarm clock because I could not hear my other alarm clock. I purchase a vibrating alarm clock called sonic boom. Delta Air Lines has been using this ear plug for ramp workers for ages. I've tried many types of retail ear plugs and I always go back to this one. It's really soft and allows it to conform to your ear which helps with noise reduction. Perfect for noise reduction at hotels. Ever had little soccer or hockey brats racing down the hallway late night? You'll be glad you brought the plugs.
Another plus, this ear plug keeps it's shape much longer than ordinary plugs. Can't lose with this product. I see someone's post about it not being the right size for their ear. Go see an ENT doc and he will make you speciality plugs for a nice profit.
