I've tried _a lot_ of ear plugs over the years and the Laser Lite (same as the Leight Sleepers) at simply the best. Great attenuation, particularly at the low frequency end where slamming doors and stomping foot steps of upstairs neighbors matter. I wake up easily at the slightest sound. To make matters worse, my wife snores like a freight train. I have used these earplugs for years now while sleeping and they are fantastic. I also use them when I'm riding my lawn tractor or using my chainsaw. I sampled many others before settling on these. I bought these for target practice at the gun range. The value is unbeatable compared to the hardware or discount store, the pillow packs are nice, and these are some truly wonderful earplugs. I ride a dual sport motorcycle and use these inside my helmet. They work perfectly and make a huge difference on long high speed rides. I understand these are designed for people with small ear cannals. I am not aware if mine are small but I did not want to cram large ones in my ear.Customer Review: Can't sleep without it.

Better than any sleeping pill if you wake up easily. I started using it when I was working at night and sleeping during the day. Now I am back to day shift and use it at night. Only a fire alarm wakes me up. My wife uses it also and my snore does not bother her any more.
