I have been using earplugs to sleep for years and discovered these earplugs while touring the mechanical/machine room of a hospital where the noise levels are deafening. I kept the earplugs given during the tour and became instantly addicted! They reduce noise better than any earplug I've tried, and they're by far the most comfortable I've ever used. I'm a pretty light sleeper and my husband snores. Plus, my cat sometimes caterwauls in the morning for attention. These are THE BEST earplugs I've tried and believe me, I've tried SEVERAL. I've even gotten a pair of professionally-molded earplugs by an audiology specialist. THESE ARE BETTER! I have been wearing ear plugs for over 28 years and these are by far the best I have used. They hold their shape long enough to get them into the ear canal and they're very comfortable. I use them for motorcycle riding and they block out wind and excessive engine noise while still allowing me to easily hear horns and sirens. I highly recommend these ear plugs. The 200-pack comes in a nice cardboard dispenser box.Customer Review: good night sleep

These ear plugs work good for me. With 2 little kids, I became a very light sleeper. Every noise wakes me up. When I put these plugs in, I wake up in the morning well rested. I can still hear kids crying, if they need something, but at least, I don't wake up to unnecessary little noises.
With 200 pairs in the box, these will last me for a long time. You can reuse them several times.

I looked for the ear plugs with the highest NRR value and these were the ones that met the bill. They are VERY effective and do the job quite well.
The one caveat is that people with narrower (or more twisty) ear canals may have a harder time inserting the plugs all the way in (necessary if you want the full protective effect). Afterwards, it can also be a bit difficult to take out.
