Easy to install, this unit helps vent water moisture, household chemicals and even gases from hairsprays and perfumes with a 110 cubic feet per minute fan. A built-in light and night light provides room illumination. Glass unscrews for cleaning and relamping. Brushed nickel housing and fan vent with frosted glass. Includes one 30 watt compact fluorescent. Customer Review: Looks good and works well

Brushed nickle finish Looks good. The sound is about what I expect from a bathroom fan but moves more air than most. I installed as a replacement to the existing fan with no above access so I had to cut the drywall and install 2 2x4 studs to attach. Everything went in fine and the pre-wired plugs and removable fan assembly made things much easier. I like that it came with a circular flourescent soft white bulb. I don't use the night lite because it would require additional wiring and just waste electricity. This was a very good deal for 62.00 so I ordered another for my other bathroom.
