I bought the Hunter Quietflo Air purifier, to place in a room in my house so I could smoke and not worry about bothering anyone else. It has more than met it's original purpose. I can smoke in a room and within minutes the smoke is cleared. I also use it my bedroom when not in the smoke room. Since using it in my bedroom I have slept much better( except in turbo mode-it is a little loud, it's only drawback, but who needs to sleep with it on turbo when any of the other 2 settings work fine). It clears the air of all the things i didn't think affected me, but obviously did. This item was definitely money well spent. i would recommend it for anyoneCustomer Review: Hunter Air Purifier

I bought this product solely for providing "white noise" in my twins' nursery. During the day, when there is minimal noise in the house, I put it on the lowest or medium speed. In the evening, when the other kids are home (and bathing in the adjacent room,) I put it on the highest setting.
The highest setting I'd say is like sitting next to a running vacuum cleaner. The lowest setting would be tolerable for me if I had to have an air purifier in the room all the time.
Overall, they sleep much sounder since it has been in their room.... great for my intended purpose.

The Air Purifier works very well. It is quiet enough to sleep at night. 9Big Plus) Whe I first started the Ioniizer it would snap every 15-30 seconds for about 24 hours. I was ready to return it, but it now only does it Occasionally.
My Unit was scratched during shipment, but I decided not to return it and have to wait for a new one. (Packing was not the best!)

We bought this for our daughter's bedroom after we found out that she is allergic to our cats. The three speed are great. We put it on the daytime setting during the day and it does make a good bit of noise on this setting. During the night we put it in night mode and it is very very quiet. I highly reccommend it!
