The Intermatic LX19720T Malibu Outdoor Lighting Kit is a great value. Everything you need is included in the box, including bulbs and 100 feet of wire. The plastic tier-lights are sturdy and easy to assemble. The floodlights are not quite as easy to assemble, and seem to me like they might give me problems in the future, but they all worked on the first try out of the box. The floodlights look to me like they'll fill with water, or break when I change the bulbs. The power supply looks weather resistant, but I mounted mine in a dry area just to be sure. Overall, everything worked on the first try, and assembly of the parts was quick and easy. All the lights have been running for a couple of weeks with intermittent rain, and all the connectors, wire-tap crimps, and fixtures are holding up great so far. This set is a great value, providing a large number of lights for about $2.50 each. (And at that price, the power-pack is free...)Customer Review: Very good set for the price

After reading all the (relatively) positive reviews for this product, I went ahead and bought this set. Super Fast shipping, after I chose the free shipping option!
All the parts were intact, nothing broken. I have a little bit of experience with other landscape lights, so assembling the lights was not a major problem. Sometimes it was hard to push the golden connector (and wire) through the clear plastic bulb holder, but a small screw driver did the trick.
Laying out the lights also was not too bad. After connecting the wire to the transformer and laying it out where I wanted it (around my pool), I connected the light fixtures one by one and none of them had a problem lighting up.
The only suggestion I have is that they include a couple of extra wires and bulb holders because if you do get one wrong (I did), you have no spare parts!
Good buy on the whole.

I purchased this set of lights at our local LOWE"S Home Improvement Store. My set includes 14 Tier lights and 4 spot lights and the power pack. I paid $38.97 plus tax. I purchased them to replace solar lights , I was tired of buying replacemant batteries ( which are not cheap) and spiders love to get into the solar lights , thier webs interfere with the
lights ability to work properly.Also in the winter time solar lights are worthless!!They do not get enough sun to power them.
Assembly was a breeze , installation was simple and I like the timer feature.They look really nice and I was amazed at the amount of light they provide. I am very pleased with them and am considering getting another set to put around the patio area. I love the fact that they will come on even if the sun does not shine.

I had these years ago and thought about changing it up outside because these were pretty cheap. I wanted solar lighting and boy was that a mistake! Solar lights are alot more exspensive and don't give off good lighting. With solar lights you have the hassle of the rechargable batteries that don't always give off the same glow of light. With these although they are a so-so design they are affordable and give off a great lighting accent. I've put this sey in my front yard and they look great. We are in Chicago and get tons of snow and they have held up fpr mpre than a year now. I leace them on from dusk to dawn and just last week bought a few replacement bulbs for the ones that blew out. i am now going to purchase a set for my back yard and patio. What can we say, they're plastic but overall I think it's a good product at a great price. Assembly is required, though not very complicated. We added the 20 lights around a new landscape project, in addition to the existing 8 x 11 watt set in the yard already.
They look great, the spotlights are especially night to highlight large rocks and ornamental trees.
They may only be 4 watt, but they are nearly as bright as my year old 11 watt ones. Easy to install and program. You may need to buy additional cable depending on where you install them - 50 feet is $9 at local home stores.
