I ordered this 20 light set (14 regular lights & 6 Spot lights) to replace an older 10 regular light set. I installed the lights and found that the sockets for the spot lights were missing. Customer service was closed on the weekend so I went to the web site and ordered replacement parts. They E-Mailed a form with instrictions to send proof of purchase. I FAXED it to them and the missing parts were shipped the next day with an E-Mail UPS tracking link.
Much better service than I expected.

One certainly can't argue with the price for this package; it's an excellent value for the money. Unfortunately, 1 pagoda light and one spotlight arrived either broken or missing a part. Also, the capacity of the transformer/timer is at the maximum of the sum of the wattage of the bulbs and the wire that comes with it is adequate but not heavy duty. I purchased a separate 300W transformer/timer and had my installer purchase heavy duty wire. While somewhat easy to assemble, it is very time consuming putting together this kit. Instructions are very vague but after completing a couple of lights, it gets easier. The lights themselves are a little flimsy but I guess you get what you pay for. Warranty claims get more confusing because you are dealing with either Intermatic or the Malibu Lighting Company... depending on when your product was purchased.
Overall, not a bad product.

The lights are great...but the 88 watt power packs, they seem to be having problems with. Amazon was great to work with and they replaced the 2 power packs that did not work. I hope they did not lose money as it should be the Malibu company quality control testing the packs and making them better. If they leave the factory not working that does not say much for the quality of the packs.Customer Review: Time & Patience

Shipment arrived quicker than estimated. All lights must be assembled and two are better than one. A little trouble at the start but once you get the hang of it, the process is smooth. We followed the old setup and again outside setup went smoothly. A couple of lights did not go on, but it was installer error. All lights have bee working fine and we are please with the product.
