Description of Intermatic SP440B Wireless Window Alarm, White
The Intermatic magnetic trip wireless alarm provides safety, security and convenience. Mounted with double-sided tape to a door or window frame, the alarm sounds a piercing 90 dB siren when the magnetic contact separates. When the code is entered on the on/off switch, the alarm is activated/deactivated. This switch operates on and includes three replaceable 1.5-volt button batteries. Customer Review: Product detail is incorrect on battery requirement

I ordered after reading in the product detail that it took 1 AA battery. Unit actually takes 3 button cell batteries, which is what the product "description" says. Unfortunately I didnt see the conflicting statements. Other than that product is as described and works well. It just would have been much better to put a long lasting lithium AA instead of expensive and short lived button cells in them.
