Stick it on, turn on the on/off switch, and feel safe for under $10. You can't beat these. We put them on all of our doors. We live way out in the country. If someone comes in the door, they will get an ear piercing blast from this device. That ear piercing blast will also give me time to grab the gun and check things out.
Worth the money!

Very good delivery. After an attempted break-in, I purchased and attached these units to my doors. I also paid attention to earlier Amazon reviewers of this product and bought a roll of double-side tape instead of using the tape that came with the product. For the price, this alarm works great (at least in a motohome). I set it and forget it. It is not loud enough like a horn that wakes up the neighborhood, but it will wake up the intruder and my family. I liked it so much that I purchased two spares for the future. I bought these for my mother who lives alone for her windows & doors. They were easy to install and I did use velcro to hang them instead of the supplied glue strips due to other reviews stating they fell after a short period of time. I bought five of these for my new apt and I do recommed these to scare anyone who should get any of my windows or doors open. It makes a loud and scary noise but I do suggest getting a sturder double stick tape and not use the one that came with the alarm.
