I have about 10 sets of these - very bright--- several have been out for three years in Iowa weather still working. Ordered two sets from amazon advertised as malibu solaire but received doitbest brand.
They look the same but failed within two months. absolutely wothless.
If they are the malibu very good, send back doitbest if they try to pass those off to you

Needed a light to accent my climbing rose bush to keep the rose beetles off. Wanted enough illumination to keep the bugs off but not so bright that the light would shine into the neighbors window. Had single solar lights that were too dim. These are much brighter and cover more area. Getting another set and the whole bush should be covered. Very impressed with light emitted by 3 lamps (stronger beam if just use 1 or 2). I have them positioned to facilitate walking up/down steps and paths. Work well even after a day or two of cloudy/wet weather with little or no sunlight; suggesting reasonable energy storage. Definitely saves energy/trouble remembering to switch on older outdoor floodlights.Customer Review: Excellent product for the money.

For the money this product is great. Keep in mind that these are solar lights. They will not be as bright as the regular lights that are wired but these are clearly worth the money. The reflector on these is nice and big making the 3 tiny led's seem alot brighter than they acually are. Hooking these up could not be any simpler than it is.Customer Review: Odd Use but works!

Was looking for a solar light for our ornamental lighthouse and the ones made for this purpose was outrageously expensive. We adapted this spotlight set to be the source of light in our lighthouse and it works great. Not what the manufacturer expected use was but all the same it was an inexpensive way to light up our lighthouse.
