Description of Intermatic Inc Wall Timer EI210W

Single-pole switch, electronic timing mechanism, times are 10/20/30/60 minutes, auto-off, supplied with an LED display and single-button operation. Fits a standard wall box and accepts a rectangular decorator wall plate. Hold feature for constant on. Rati ng: resistive (heater): 15 amp, 120 volt AC 1800 watts; tungsten (incandescent): 8.3 amp, 120 volt AC 1000 watts; ballast (fluorescent): 8 amp, 120 volt AC; motor: 1/4 H.P., 120 volt AC.

I purchased several of these timers and installed them on bathroom fans. The family is able to select the length of time for the appropriate exhaust. No longer do the fans run throughout the night!
I had to purchase the wall plates at a local hardware store because of the 2nd switch mounted next to this one but that is to be expected (and not expensive). The wiring change over was simple and this new switch fit into the existing box with no problems. The instructions are clear and easy to follow.
