This is the perfect size for just a few very young chicks. Be sure and wipe it down at least once daily to keep algae and bacteria from growing. Do not leave any soap residue on it or it can harm your chicks, particularly Cornish cross, turkeys and game birds. Mean rooster chicks are *not* harmed by algae, bacteria, or residues, so be sure to save your sweet chicks by taking good care of the water!
