This bad boy is awesome. I use it to touch up my suites for work. it works great. I use that Tobi like on TV and let me tell everyone it is a piece of junk all it did it got my clothes wet and got tired of pumping the button to get it to steam. this steam heats up get with awesome steam power. it really works on eliminating that cigarette smell from the club. awesome product.Customer Review: works like a charm

got it for my son for trips. he came back, said it didn't do the trick. I READ THE INSTRUCTIONS and it worked great. His problem was (due to not reading the instructions) he held it away from the garment. You have to lightly touch the garment and move the steamer up and down. I ordered the steamer after reading several other rave reviews. I was guardly optimistic. But once I tried it out I was completely pleased with the results. You need to hold it right up against the fabric (on a hanger) and move it in a downward motion from top to bottom. Jiffy really delivers. This is better than I expected. Heats up quickly and provides all the steam I need for touching up my suits. It also did a great job on my wife's cotton shirts. Unless I have a lot of laundry to do, I doubt I will be dragging my floor unit out of the closet very often. Very happy with the garment steamer - already saved so much money on clothes I would have sent to the cleaners. EXTREMELY quick, easy to use, and great portability. I haven't tried any other steamers, but I highly recommend this one. Not sure why I'd need to spend anymore money on a pricier, bulkier steamer.
