Used it to install a new kitchen sink. Very adjustable and bright. The magnetic feet are real handy, but don't use it if you are drilling steel nearby, they will gather up all the shavings and splinter, the magnets are so strong they take some time and care to clean off. We ordered two of these for gifts for our dads - they loved them! Such a useful light that really does work in any small space, and so much more convenient than having someone hold a flashlight at the right angle while you're trying to work on a project. I keep this thing sitting in my home office, and I've really been surprised at how often I pull it out. For a little extra light (actually, a lot of extra light) on the back of the TV as I'm trying to figure out what wire goes where to trying to find something on a closet shelf cast in shadow, it's been a great buy.Customer Review: great stocking stuffer

We already have the Gorilla camera tripod so when I saw this I knew it would be very useful. The added bonus of the magnetic feet is a great idea. I got one for my husband's birthday and saw how strong the magnets were and so now will get 2 more as stocking stuffers for my sons in law, and one to keep at our camper.Customer Review: A great item for anyone

I bought 3 of these for "guy" gifts for Christmas and all three seem to love this versatile light. The tripod arms attach to almost anything, and there are little magnets in the bottoms of each arm which allow it to attach to metal as well.
Very clever device which is not "gender specific"!
