This item is a good way to organize your slouch or adjustable caps. I would never suggest you use this to keep your New Era 5950s or any other wool type hat as it most likley will mis-shape your hat and probably wouldn't even be able to hold it anyway.
I use it to keep my collection of fitted Twins caps and the 3 or so adjustable caps I own. I find it perfect for these caps.
If you are looking for a way to organize your New Era 5950 type baseball caps, this item is not for you.
If you are organizing caps like those type featured in the picture, this is an inexpensive and simple way to do so.

I have bought these twice now and am pleased enough to buy them again. They aren't perfect- the little tabs that stick up to hold hats are flexible and hats can fall off if used too roughly but that is only happening in my son's room whose bedroom door probably gets flung open harder than necessary. But we have so many hats that there are frequently 2 hats per tab and they still work fine! Am on here to buy another set for my father (we have 4 in our household so far!)Customer Review: Great for the Money

I've had this product for a month now and it works as promised. What more can you really say about a cap rack? Instead of using the over/under the door hangars or the supplied screws, I used cup hooks which made it even easier to install on the back of the closet door. I don't know how long the elastic will last but I figure I should get a good 5 years out of it!Customer Review: very convenient and good value..

I have double digit caps that were lying around and getting dusty or dirty, and this was the perfect solution-fits right on any normal size door-i put on the closet door and since its elastic it fits very snug and can hold all my caps and some room to boot for belts-definately worth 10 bucks...
