Customer Review: Don't hesitate---This thing really works!

I was a little hesitant to try this product when I was offered it. But I can safely say this is one of those gadgets you see and thing boy if that works it would really be helpful. This delivers. We have two dogs who shed alot; it easily picks up those clumps of hair collect around and under things. It picks up all the loose dirt we have tried.
I do a lot of document shredding a get a lot of small shreds of paper on a berber carpet (you will extend battery life by lifting just a little when you use on carpeting).
It empties easily.
We are very happy with thing. Just follow the instruction to charge it up for a full 24 hours, and after that there's no problem.
The only complaint I have is a minor one that's easily dealt with, and may be changed on subsquent updates of the product. The handle is in three friction fit pieces that then are a friction fit into the unit. We had to wrap the ends of the pieces that fit together with a small piece of fabric in our case to make the fit more snug. It's a very minor problem for an ortherwise very useful tool.
