This product is exactly what I hoped it would be. I have been told that my collection of shoes is too big (not actually possible, Dad, but thanks for the input) and for this reason I was super excited to find a double-wide organizer. I ordered 2, and may order more as I acquire new footwear. The compartments are wide enough and tall enough for one pair of heels or two pairs of sandals/flats if you stack each pair. I had my doubts that it could really withstand the weight of 16 pairs of shoes, but the Velcro doesn't seem to have any support issues. The only problem with this product is that the image I viewed was cream with black trim and I received black with cream trim. A minor aesthetic issue that didn't bother me, but if you're crazy for the cream color, you may want to do some research into actual product coloring.
