This Carbon Monoxide Alarm offers digital display allowing easy viewing of carbon monoxide levels. Its 9V battery back up provides you and your family protection even during power outages. The KN-COPP-3 features a hide-a-way cord that allows for multiple installation possibilities. Digital Display, 9V battery back up, Hide-a-way cord, Test/Reset Button, Loud 85dB Alarm, Low Battery Warning, Easy InstallationDesigned for residential use, the Nighthawk Carbon Monoxide detector keeps everyone in the house safe from poisonous, odorless CO fumes. The unit detects carbon monoxide levels from 30 to 999 parts per million. Its low-profile design doesn't stand out when connect to any wall outlet. The unit plugs directly into AC outlets for easy setup, and comes equipped with a 9-volt battery for backup during power outages. Its loud, 85-decibel alarm is sure to alert the whole house when safe carbon monoxide levels are breached. The Nighthawk is UL listed, and features a continuous digital readout of carbon monoxide levels, as well as peak-level memory display, and a test/reset button. Customer Review: Replace Your CO Monitors To Maintain Protection

Unlike smoke detectors, carbon monoxide alarms must be replaced periodically to maintain protection. I used similar Kidde plug-in CO Alarms in the past with total satisfaction. I replaced my two 8-year old devices with new "Kidde KN-COPP-3 Nighthawk Plug-In Carbon Monoxide Alarm with Battery Backup and Digital Display" units. Appearance and functionality matched to the previous devices and I recommend these units to anybody needing carbon monoxide alarms.
