Customer Review: Customer service INCREDIBLE!

I won't say much about product because all the reviews are excellent, but I want to say what wonderful customer service Kwik Set has! We remodeled our entire home and replaced EVERY handle in the place.

We had two separate problems, one on this handle type and one on our front door handle (different model). Both times, I called the 800 number and within 4 days had a new part (and in one case a whole new set).

Will only by this brand in the future for anything, if only because of the excellent customer service!
