I am so happy with the purchase of this machine! I use the Wonderwash manual washer and when I'm done my clothes are sopping wet. I was hand wringing them, but your hands can only take so much! This spin dryer spins out all the excess water leaving them slightly damp(almost dry!). I can hang my clothes and they will be dry a couple of hours after. I turn the knob to the three minute mark, but maybe only leave it on for 30-60 seconds. You DO need to hold onto the machine while it starts and ends the spin cycle, otherwise it will walk off the counter.
I chose to use these items because I live in an apartment complex that shares ONE washer and dryer. In my busy schedule, by the time I'm ready to do my laundry, someone else is occupying it. Then, it costs over $3 for each load and takes about 3 hours to complete. With the Wonderwash and Spin dryer I can do a couple days worth of clothes in less than a half hour.(Really , 10 minutes for each load).
My clothes smell like fresh line dried clothes. I use Purex natural elements liquid soap and only use about a teaspoon per load.
I actually purchased the spin dryer through a sponsored Amazon link to compactappliance.com it was cheaper there.
