Update 12-22-2010 Received my natural gas bill today, and by using this heater my bill was $31.00, compared to $125.00 last year at this time. Great buy!
Just received this heater today. It works great, has a vent that you can move up or down to direct the heat, the back of the heater stays cool and does not get hot or even warm. You can also set the temp, and it has a timer that goes from 1-7 hours...and it works. Very nice heater, looks good, seems to perform well. A lot of features for the money spent. Add free shipping from Amazon...what a deal.
Now for a minor negative...it did not have the remote control in the box or a manual in english. I gave it four stars for that! I downloaded a manual at their website in a PDF and emailed them about sending me a remote control. If their customer service is good and they send me the missing remote, I'll rate this at five stars, otherwise four stars. Don't really know if I would use the remote control, but I would like what is suppose to come with it and what I paid for....made in China, what do you expect!
UPDATE: They mailed me a remote control after I faxed them a copy of the Amazon statment. Upgraded to five stars, really is a great heater, a lot of features for the money.
